About Me

I'm a 19 year old bodybuilder driven to improve the quality of the information shared in the fitness industry, as well as the approach by which it's shared. I made a free Gym Guide, originally a high-school English assignment, that has come to help hundreds, even thousands, of people.

My name is Tyler, and:

MY UPCOMING PROJECTS...

The Gym Guide -

I've created a free evidence-based gym guide on just about everything someone could need in regards to the gym. I've moved it to this website & am working on implementing its highly intuitive programs into app(s) in the future.

Clothing Brand -

Coaching -

I will coach a limited number of dedicated bodybuilding-focused clients with the knowledge I've learned & the professional NASM coaching certification I'll earn soon.

I've always been interested in art & graphic design. To uplift my goal of helping as many people as I can, I'll create my own clothing brand through which people like you can support me.

Started Early 2023

Coming late 2025

My First
Scientific Model -

I will create a model capable of interpreting all variables of a training program: seeking to map both the fatigue and hypertrophy produced. I've moved this project ahead of other ones, because I'm eager to make an impact on the scientific gym community.

v1 Coming mid-2025

Pre-Workout -

Countless supplement brands falsely claim to offer evidence-based dosages in their pre-workouts. I'll make a product that properly fulfills that promise in the future.

Coming late 2025

WHY & HOW DO I MONETIZE MY WORK?

Merchandise, Coaching, Google Advertising, Amazon Affiliate Links, & Donations.

At the end of the day, I do truly do this because I want to see more people succeed in achieving their goals & staying consistent in the gym.

I chose to monetize this project so that I could continue to grow it as fast as possible. The larger income I have, the more I can spend on advertising. Certainly, it'd also be nice to eventually turn a profit.
